These Terms of Service outline the intellectual property rights, ownership, and permitted uses of all digital materials, including products, visuals, and educational content offered by The Social Creator (online programs and learning modules).
Ownership of Intellectual Property
All digital products, AI-generated images, course content, text, graphics, prompts, videos, templates, and other materials (collectively referred to as “Content”) made available through The Social Creator are the exclusive property of The Social Creator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The Social Creator and its authorized creator retain full ownership and copyright of all course materials, AI image(s), bundles, prompts, guides, and any derivative works distributed through the website.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content in accordance with these terms of personal, limited commercial use.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or downloading content from The Social Creator.
The Social Creator Course(s)
The Social Creator and its associated materials including video lessons, written modules, AI prompts, visual examples, and downloadable templates are proprietary intellectual property of The Social Creator.
Your enrollment grants you personal access for self-education and reference purposes only.
Unauthorized Use:

You will not share, sell, reproduce, or redistribute course materials in any format.

You will not use course content to create or sell your own course, guide, or similar training program.

You will not record, screen record, copy, screen shot or publicly display The Social Creator lessons or internal materials.
Doing so violates intellectual property law and will result in immediate revocation of access, without refund, and may lead to legal action.
AI Images, Templates, and Digital Products
The Social Creator AI-generated content: including digital image bundles, mockups, and design elements are original creative works guided and curated by The Social Creator team.
While AI tools may assist in generation, the selection, styling, curation, and enhancement of all visuals are human-directed, giving them distinct creative expression and protection under intellectual property law.
Trademark and Branding
The Social Creator name are trademark owned by The Social Creator.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of any branding or marketing content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Termination of Access
Violation of these intellectual property terms including but not limited to redistribution, resale, or copying of The Social Creator content or course materials will result in immediate termination of your license(s) and access without refund. Further legal action may be taken for damages or copyright infringement.
Updates to These Terms
The Social Creator reserves the right to update or modify these Intellectual Property Terms as needed to reflect new regulations or creative practices. All updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Digital Delivery Policy, and confirm that you understand no physical products will be shipped and that all deliveries occur electronically.
You also agree to the Terms of Service & Intellectual Property.
