Service Overview

Custom AI Influencer creation services are offered in three levels:

• Beginner Level
• Creator Level
• Brand Level

Each package provides a Custom AI Influencer tailored to the client’s needs and intended use. Deliverables vary by package level and are outlined at the time of purchase.

Custom AI Influencer Design Intake Guide Requirement

After purchase, clients receive an email containing the Influencer Design Intake Guide, which gathers all required information needed to design the Custom AI Influencer.

To begin production, clients must:

• Complete and submit the intake guide
• Provide requested references or preferences
• Respond to follow-up clarification requests if needed

Intake Response Policy

If additional clarification or information is required, we will contact the client via email address provided at checkout.

If no response is received within 2 business days, the project will be temporarily paused.

If no response is received after 7 business days, the order may be marked inactive and moved to the end of the production queue. On the 10 business day and still no response, your Influencer Design Intake Guide Will Be Terminated Along With Custom AI Influencer.

Delivery timelines begin only after completed intake information is received.

Revisions cover:

• Visual consistency updates

Major redesign requests outside the original intake scope may require additional fees or a new order.

Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the custom digital nature of this service:

• All Custom AI Influencer purchases are non-refundable.
• Work begins once intake materials are submitted.
• Digital services cannot be returned once production has started.

Clients agree to this policy at checkout.

Client Responsibilities

We ensure professional quality, but exact replication of references cannot always be guaranteed.

Communication Policy

All communication occurs via email to maintain clear records of requests and revisions.

Clients should check spam folders if emails are not visible.

Service Availability

Custom AI Influencer creation availability is limited to maintain quality standards.

Orders may close temporarily when production capacity is reached.

Clients may subscribe for updates when new creation openings become available.
